Returns Policy
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, with some exceptions:

The product must be undamaged and unworn

If you have already received a refund and are expected to return the item, you can create a return request. For more information about how to create a returns request see Return Items You Ordered. You will be charged if an item that is expected to be returned is not sent back to us.

If the item has already been sent back to us and you have received an email asking you return it or have been charged for item, we will reverse the charge as soon as the return is processed by us. It might take additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.

To prevent and detect fraud and abuse, in some circumstances True North Adventure Sports may require additional information and documentation from you, such as a government-issued photo identification, to consider processing a return or providing a refund or replacement. All personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice, which is linked at the bottom of this page.
Items that You Can't Return
There are some items purchased on TrueNorthSports.shop that you can't return. Among them are digital items, cards, and products that are damaged, worn, or unsafe for return. Devices are also non-returnable more than 14 days after delivery.

To return an eligible item you ordered:

Go to Your Orders to display your recent orders.

Choose the order and select Return or Replace Items.

Select the item you want to return. Then select an option from the Reason for return menu.

Choose how to process your return. If applicable, select to issue a refund or replacement. TrueNorthSports.shop will review your return request before issuing a refund or replacement.

If you don't receive a response within two business days, you can contact TrueNorth Customer care via email.

Select your preferred return method.

Print your return label and return authorization.

Add your return label (if applicable) and package your items for return.

Ship product back to within 14 days

Once product is received in good condition you will be issued a refund.
